What I Eat In A Day #2

It’s been a while hasn’t it, the last one of these was all the way back January… I have changed up my eating a bit recently to see more results in the gym so these will begin to have more protein sources over the next few months.

Breakfast: Banana Bread Porridge.

I know its technically summer here in the UK but yesterday I woke up craving porridge and as I had some almost overripe bananas I made a banana bread inspired version. There is one banana mashed up into the oats as well as the one on top which I caramelised a bit by putting this in the oven for about 10mins.

Lunch: Pizza

I have had this pizza from a local italian place several times this month. It is made with artichoke cream, mushrooms, tomatoes and spinach. I really want to attempt a tortilla pizza version of this at some point but for that I need to stop buying this one…

Dinner: Lentil Chilli and Rice.

This meal was just leftovers from the night before, a lentil based chilli and brown rice with vegan mayo on top because I ran out of avocado.
